Take the heat off by breaking things you ‘need to do’ into small chunks.

Work tasks?
Exercise?
Saving money?

… Everything can be done ‘a little bit at a time’

Look at what you “need to do” in terms of *micro actions*

Eg. Want to increase your fitness?; getting out & walking for 20 mins counts!

Eg. 25 things on your work-list?; you can group the “fastest things first” or tackle the “biggest job first” … whatever makes your life easier; break it down into small chunks

Eg. Saving $£€; If you put just 25 a week aside it is something that will grow into 108 per month / 1300 a year!!!

Small chunks for the win!
